Details: Summer is about visibility and stepping out of the shadows. This circle is a direct, unapologetic exploration of pleasure and self-love as a source of personal power. We’re focusing on the body and mind using movement, expression and sensory work to cultivate a deeper relationship with self. We’ll discuss how to be brave and bold in our sexuality , our own pleasure ,social lives and relationships moving away from "playing small" and into a more outward, radiant focus”
