What to expect:

Join us for our opening womens circle of the year. We will focus on themes of relfection, nourishment and deep rest, honouring our winter selves.

We will be opening the ciricle with some grounding excercises with the amazing Hana Masters.

We will then be going inward, reflecting on the past year, the highs, lows and everthing inbetween. Identifying areas of comfort, challenge, growth and joy. 

These themes and experiences from the previous year will then be materialsed in a print making session hosted by the incredibly talented Bea Robinson.

Finally we will be closing the session in true RGC stlye with an open circle, reflecting on areas of self discovery and realisation. Identifying things that we want enact to support and honor our winters selves.
