What to Expect:

Join us for a deeply nourishing, earthy nature walk designed to help you slow down and root into the season. We’ll move mindfully through the land with gentle breath-work, pause for a flowing Qigong practice led by Amy from Hummingbird Wellness, who will guide you through Five Animals Qigong, exploring the unique energy and wisdom of each animal to support balance and vitality.

We’ll also play a simple, heart-led game to connect with the trees and the natural world around us, before gathering by the fire for soulful singing and warming, nourishing tea. 

Camilla will be hosting the voice workshop, inviting gentle vocal exploration and shared sound. We’ll close with a midwinter ceremony, honouring the turning of the year — letting go of what’s ready to fall away and welcoming in what’s beginning to grow.
