Date: Wednesday 21st Jan 2026
Time: 6pm - 8pm
Location: Bristol Beer Factory (Bedminster)
What to Expect: This winter-themed session invites participants to slow down, soften, and reconnect with self-esteem from a place of rest rather than performance. Through gentle reflection, guided rest, and inward-focused practices, we explore how self-esteem can exist without productivity, visibility, or constant self-improvement. Rooted in comfort, stillness, and compassion, the session creates space to release internalised pressure, listen to quieter inner voices, and reconnect with a sense of worth that remains steady even in moments of pause, fatigue, or withdrawal. Designed to feel nourishing, grounding, and deeply human, this session honours winter as a season where being is enough.
