Sometimes, self-care means putting yourself first, in real ways that actually make you feel better (not just sound great). Rebel Girls Club Self-Care Series has crafted a line-up of workshops and events designed to help you unwind, lift yourself up and connect with a community that gets it.


We have everything from mindfulness & wellbeing walks, yoga & sound healing to movie nights, scientifically backed body image & anxiety workshops to singing circles and art therapy. 


No frills, no pressure—just a series designed to help you feel good. Each event is a chance to tune in, tune out and do something that genuinely lifts you up.
