Group Hypno Therapy & Sound with Camillia

Group Hypno Therapy & Sound with Camillia

Date: Thursday 5th Feb 2026

TIme: 6.30pm - 9pm

Location: Fishponds Old Library

Together we will explore;

  • Relaxation techniques
  • Breath work and tension release
  • Self-hypnosis
  • Sound healing

In this soothing group session, we will explore simple yet powerful hypnotic relaxation techniques alongside guided breathwork designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore balance to the body. Combining mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and hypnotic guidance, participants will be supported in accessing deeper states of rest and self-regulation, creating space for clarity, creativity, and renewal.

The session will end with a restorative sound healing weaving crystal bowls and chimes.
