Herbs for Winter Resilience: Heart, Body, Mind & Spirit

What to Expect:

Join us for a warming evening of herbal connection, and take home a synergistic electuary to support you through the tail end of winter. The workshop will involve a meditative tea tasting of a warming herb, allowing space to connect with a wonderful winter herbal ally. We will then create a delicious herbal honey together to support the heart, our creative energy, the gut, nervous system, and immunity.

We will provide all the resources to hold the tea tasting and make the herbal honey, please bring a pen and notebook to take notes of the process.

About the facilitator: Celeste is a gardener, plant tender, folk herbalist and the maker behind Lazuli Remedies - a one-woman natural skincare brand based in Bristol. She focuses on whole-plant infusions, merging traditional herbalism methods with modern techniques to create gentle products that support local systems and our skin.
