Restorative Sound Bath with Anz

Restorative Sound Bath with Anz

Date: Wednesday 25th February 2026

Time: 6.30pm -8pm

Location: Tit for Tat (Easton)

What to Expect: Join Anz for a deeply restorative sound bath prioritising inner harmony and balance. Using breath, gravity and spaciousness, we’ll soften into a gentler rhythm and reignite our inner creative fire as Spring begins to stir.

This workshop asks nothing of you, instead offering a place to open, receive, and simply be. Your time to nestle down and absorb the restoring benefits of sound.

Drawing on techniques learned in Nepal, Anz weaves the meditative overtones of Himalayan Singing Bowls with gong, live guitar, and gentle vocal toning to create space around thought, allowing the body and mind to drop into a fuller, effortless release.

We'll begin the session with a simple body scan meditation to drop into presence before sinking into a place of deep release.

Open to all levels — no previous experience of yoga or sound is needed.

As a musician and songwriter she explores the musicality and rhythm of movement and sounding to help facilitate deeper release and presence. Her workshops and retreats invite a return to inner balance through presence, embodiment, nature, and sound.
